Pet Portrait

I'm so excited that I can finally tell you about this! I found Susan back in November when she gave a tutorial here for doing your own watercolor pet portrait. I contacted her after I took a look around her etsy shop and couldn't believe how affordable it was to commission her for a painting! My in-laws are huge cat people, Fred & Eddie are literally their babies, I knew a painting of them with their cats would be the perfect Christmas present.

Here are the pics I sent Susan...And this is what I got!I framed it, sent it off & officially became the best daughter-in-law ever. Ok, they didn't quite say that but they did really REALLY like it. Susan was even nice enough to write a little blurb about my in-laws on her blog here. I haven't received any payment or services for writing this, I honestly just think it's a GREAT find for a special, unique gift & wanted to share. (:

Alright, I'd better go get Samster & I dressed, we've got a glittery winter wreath to make today! Who am I kidding, there's actually no need to change out of pj's till at least 11. It is Monday after all.
