3 step tank dress

Hope everyone is having a good weekend! I decided not to let Thursday's blip of a sewing project keep me down (see pics here if you missed it) and came up with this little cutie.

You know all of those cute dresses in Anthropologie lately that look like high waisted skirts with tanks? Well this is my version, the dress was one of those smocked ones from Target, they're EVERYWHERE lately and you can get them super cheap. The top is an old ribbed tank from my shirt dwarer.
