Here are a few before and after pictures from some of the makeovers I've done...it's always fun to share this stuff with friends so you can pat yourself on the back for all of your hard work! (click on any photo to enlarge it) I just love when the blogs I read show how they've changed rooms in there house, hopefully you do too otherwise I suggest skipping this post because there's a TON of pics below!
This is just to the right of the photo above, you can find a tutorial for the butterfly collage here & the fabric covered lightswitch cover is from make it and love it here.
Last but not least my front yard was suffering a bit...
I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the striped lampshade, the blue picture frames, and the butterfly collage. You inspire me with your creativity.
ReplyDeleteI like the picture walls - very very nice! Natasha, seriously you need to be a designer/stager/something girl.
ReplyDeleteNatasha, everything looks wonderful! I would love it if you posted the tutorial....please!
ReplyDeletei agree, SOO CUTE!!
ReplyDeleteNatasha, I love your makeover. Please post the tutorial. Can't wait to make some of those picture frames and those pillows are just too cute!!!
ReplyDeleteI hate asking people this, but I'm slightly desperate....Where did you get your coffee table from?
ReplyDeleteI'm redoing my living room and that's the vision I see in my head.
Thanks!
I don't mind at all! It's from IKEA, I'm not the name of it but I'm pretty sure they still have it. It was around $150 and has a slide out drawer to put items under the glass top. We love it although it's not the best for toddler's running around, we moved it to another room a few weeks ago for more playspace in the livingroom. ):
ReplyDeleteThanks so much! Something actually told me to go to Ikea and look after I left the comment and I did it find it there!
ReplyDeletePhoenix has a huge dining room turned playroom so hopefully he won't mess with the table, but who am I kidding as soon as I get he'll figure out a way to climb on top of it and declare he's king of the house! :-)
Can you tell me how you did the picture frames? I have a ton of old ones i can spray but i don't see exactly how you hung them up?
ReplyDeleteHi Sam, great name by the way (;
ReplyDeleteThe piece of wood is actually a picture hanger from Pottery Barn that we got as a wedding gift. They don't make it anymore though...boo, i know...
LOL, thank you.
ReplyDeleteBoo, i love that idea.
Oh wanted to add, got all my supplies for the Butterfly Collage, going to do mine with dragonfly's but i am excited to see how it turns out!!
ReplyDeleteA quick question. What are the teal frames hanging from. They look like baseboards or something to that effect. I love your Blog. You have so many good Ideas. Keep up the great job!
